Money Back Period
You do not need a refund policy because we offer seven (7) days with 0 "zero" investment free trial for the new clients. It safes your service activation charge because if you need to pay right after taking the hosting, in that case, sometimes you need to pay the activation charge. But DronaHost offers you to use the CLOUD web hosting for seven (7) days without paying money.
Within 10 (ten) days if you are not satisfied, you do not need to pay any charge because we know we ensure the best quality cloud web hosting.
All invoices should be paid on DUE DATE to avoid account suspension. Accounts not paid by the due date have a 7 day grace period before account is suspended. These invoices are subjected to a 15% late fee that must be paid to reactivate the account.
We will make every attempt possible to contact you 12 hours prior to account termination. Once the account has been terminated ALL data including backups will be scrubbed from our servers. There is no recovering the data once the account is terminated.
All packages will renew at the regular rate. For the BEST possible pricing, we reward customers for signing up annually (12 months), biennial (24 months), and triennial (36 months).
